The class itself was hands-on, not just a demo, which I appreciated. We prepared multiple courses and ate together with a glass of wine after. A great way to spend half a day on the island.
Our instructor was part-chef, part-entertainer, and kept us laughing the whole time. We made some tasty dishes, learned some cool techniques, and yes. I now know the secret to perfect tzatziki. 10/10 would stir again.
We learned to cook several dishes, each one tied to a story or piece of Santorini culture. I appreciated that it wasn’t rushed, and there was plenty of time to savor both the process and the food.
I’m no chef, but this class made it super fun and easy. The food turned out amazing, and I actually learned a few tricks I’ll use at home. Wine and good vibes all around. Geroge was amazing and funny!!
The instructor was so passionate about Greek cuisine, and the ingredients were all fresh and local. I especially loved making tomato fritters—they were delicious! After cooking, we all sat down to enjoy our creations with local wine. This wasn’t just a class, it was a full cultural experience. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to taste real Santorini!
