Overview

Arrive to Riva by sea bus. Meet and assist by your guide. Your adventure begins right after a small briefing. you will be crossing the northwest part of the island passing by Potamos village going to Manolas, the capital of Thirasia.

Continue your way by riding back in time 50 years through wild landscape and virgin land to Kera village ending to the Monastery of Kimisis which is known as the balcony of the Volcano. The vibrand colours and wild back-ground will give you the sense that you are a part of a live painting.

On your way back you will stop at the local bakery to taste bread baked on wooden oven.

Your exploring will end at Mitato (Canava an old Winery) serving local and Cretan delicacies with wine and raki for your lunch.

Return back to Ammoudi at 13:00 or at 17:00.

What happens if there are kids or elders and do we have to be in a good physical shape?

Every one of our providers is a professional, knows how to modify every different tour and to handle special requests depending on the type of participants to make an unforgettable enjoyable experience for them.

What kind of clothes and shoes is needed to wear?

It is recommended to wear easy walking shoes because there are some specific areas where you may need to walk on uneven or rocky ground and comfortable clothes to feel relaxed and cooler especially during the summer months. Also if you are interested in visiting some religious monuments, please dress appropriately.

Useful tips:

During the summer time in Greece there are high temperatures and the sun is very hot. We recommend that you wear sunglasses, sunscreen and possibly a hat to protect yourself. In every one of our sightseeing rides we offer bottles of fresh water for every individual to stay cool and hydrated.

The transfer arrived on time in a spacious and luxurious vehicle. Driver was polite and navigated narrow streets and busy traffic with ease. We were so impressed we used them three more time

Elena is a fantastic local guide. We arrived late due to tender issues with our cruise ship. She stayed in contact with us the whole time and met us at the top of the funicular. Where we were short of time she amended the tour so we could see some of the highlights and then brought us to a local restaurant which was fantastic. Elana was professional and very knowledgeable. Angelos picked us up from the airport in a nice transport van with comfortable seats, air conditioning and friendly service. Gave us some good tips for things to do and see in Santorini. He also collected us a week later for our return home, it was lovely to get a perspective of life in Greece and to share information on all the restaurants and places we had visited. Impeccable service, our driver Denis He was patient, kind, friendly, truly exceptional. Upon arrival at the airport he was already there and accompanied us with great care to the best photographic spots of Santorini and the most characteristic villages of the island, and at the end of the tour after taking us to the beach, he took us back to the hotel where we were staying. Highly recommended for the quality and the very competitive price compared to others I had found on the Internet.

A gem of a tour for a gem of an island! From the booking to the drop off at the end of the tour, this was one of our best experiences in Greece. Dionysis was an amazing guide for us on this tour. Being local he was able to answer all of our questions and took us to such a variety of places on the island. Of course we saw all the sights we were familiar with but we also were able to visit some of the smaller villages. We had a lovely lunch and really enjoyed our time with him. Santorini is beautiful! Even a cloudy day couldn’t hide the beauty. This was a must do for us and we couldn’t recommend it more! Cozy Pickups was so easy to work with and we are so glad they were recommended to us by a friend.

Absolutely outstanding service from this company. Our Ferry came in late within to the port and it was not a hassle at all.We were greeted by Elena and her driver who were extremely informative about the does and don'ts. Our driver was exceptional and made a journey from the port to our accommodation more than comfortable. Cannot highly recommend this company more if I tried. We will be booking with them again.

I used Cozypickups to airport pick up in Santorini and for airport drop off. Confirmation was quick and the dashboard was great. We had Jesse as a driver for both pick ups and he was early waiting for us both time and communicated with us through WhatsApp. He was so friendly, informative and his energy was amazing even at 6am in the morning! I would recommend this service as it gave me peace of mind and I hope all of your drivers are like Jesse because he was that made a difference. We used a different company for airport pickup in Athens and the driver experience was night and day!

In advance we had booked this cab, because of the good reviews, for a transfer to kamari. We arrived earlier than I had indicated, but the driver already called that he was ready when we walked into the hall and had to get the suitcases. Top notch arrangement!

I would highly recommend this taxi service! It's a great bonus that they are able to communicate via WhatsApp in English very well - this made booking trips super easy! They are a fair price, the same price or slightly cheaper than all other taxi services we used. Our driver, Jessy, was so awesome! Super friendly! This is the perfect transport service while in Santorini both for airport transfers and getting around the island. Its so easy to contact them in English on whatsapp and the responses are super fast. They picked us up from many different places all over the island with little notice. Jesse, our driver most of the time was super friendly, informative and we had a blast hanging with him. The cars and vans are kept super clean and they're on time. In addition, they offer other boat tours, etc so a great one stop service while in Santorini that I can't say enough nice things about.

Magnificent service! At 6 am we were picked up at the airport and in 4 hours we did a complete tour of the whole island. Exceptional drivers and extremely friendly staff! I could not have asked for a better choice! The drivers were always on time and recommended us the best places to visit on the island.
