A delicious cooking class will follow where you will learn about Santorinian cuisine! Enjoy a glass of Assyrtiko wine as you are guided by an experienced chef to cook Santorini salad, typical fava bean and tomato fritters, and the seasonal dish of the day.
Taste the specialties you have cooked! Enjoy the meal you cooked and let a sommelier reveal the world of Santorini wine to you. Of course, this is the perfect time for some more wine tasting, which is the final touch to this excursion, rich in flavors and aromas.
Follow the “wine trail,” guided by a sommelier: the history of Santorini along with the grape varieties and volcanic features that make them thrive. Then move on to the unique Assyrtiko wine aroma table and the special tanks that help this wine, typical of Santorini, mature. Last but not least, a tour to the Afoura barrels cellar.
Every one of our drivers is a professional, knows how to modify every different tour and to handle special requests depending on the type of participants to make an unforgettable enjoyable experience for them.
It is recommended to wear easy walking shoes because there are some specific areas where you may need to walk on uneven or rocky ground and comfortable clothes to feel relaxed and cooler especially during the summer months. Also if you are interested in visiting some religious monuments, please dress appropriately.
During the summer time in Greece there are high temperatures and the sun is very hot. We recommend that you wear sunglasses, sunscreen and possibly a hat to protect yourself. In every one of our sightseeing rides we offer bottles of fresh water for every individual to stay cool and hydrated.

The location was beautiful and the hosts were super welcoming. We were very lucky to have Maria as a guide and the tour was like private.
We learned how to make traditional Greek dishes like fava, tomato fritters, and moussaka from scratch. The chef was patient and funny, and we got to eat everything we made with local wine. It felt more like a shared meal with friends than a class. Don’t skip this if you’re a foodie or just want a genuine cultural experience!
An unforgettable experience! The cooking class was both fun and educational. We prepared traditional Santorinian dishes and enjoyed them with local wine. The setting was beautiful, and the staff made us feel like family.
